Category: Troubleshooting

It is possible that:

  • the sample vial is empty
  • a fitting is too loose
  • a fitting is too tight
  • the tubing is blocked
    To troubleshoot, check the sample vial and refill sample if needed. If the laser beam is not OK, perform a cell cleaning routine. A single air bubble may be stuck in the measuring cell.

If the problem persists switch the laser off in the software (“Laser OFF” in the Global tab).
